FAQ’s
How do I make payment? Payment can be made by PayPal, debit and credit card.
What size are your igloos? Our igloos are 3.6m (L) x 3.6m (W) x 2.2m (H). We need a flat, easily accessible area an area that is 4m x 4m x 2.5m to install.
If it rains, will we get wet in the igloo? The igloos are 100% waterproof! So even if it’s raining on the day of your booking, you will stay nice, warm and dry.
Is there heating in the Igloo? Yes, we can provide a heater if requested! We also provide fans for those extra hot days.
How long is the hire period? The period of hire is 24 hours. If you require the Igloo for a longer period, please get in touch for a quote. Any time after the 24 hour period, additional charges may apply.
What about delivery/pick-up times? Delivery times will be between 8 am to 12 pm. If you require a particular time, please let us know and we'll be happy to help. The pick-up time will be 24 hours after the delivery time (unless hiring for longer).
How does the projector work for playing a movie? We’ll provide everything you need to set up the perfect Igloo movie night! We will set up the projector and the screen for you. All you’ll need is:
- Internet access to log in to the streaming platform of your choice.
- If there is no access to WIFI, then you will need a pre downloaded movie/audio. We'll supply the HDMI/USB-C/Lightning Adaptor cable to ensure you can connect to the projector.
- Access to power. We'll bring an extension cord but a power point is required.
Are delivery and installation Included?
Installation is included in the cost. If it as private or public event, then this cost is subject to change. Please contact us to discuss your options. Delivery for standard packages is:
- Within 10km - FREE DELIVERY
- 10km - 25km - $39.99
- 25km - 50km - $59.99
- 50km+ = $99.99
Delivery for public or private event also varies, please contact us to discuss your options.
Where can we have the Igloo? You can use the Igloos on your private property. If you want to use the Igloo in a public space or for an event, please get in touch and we can discuss your options.
Do you provide food?
No, we do not provide food.
Is a security bond required? Yes, we also ask refundable deposit of $100 during your hire period and for each igloo/package hired. This is required with your booking. Once we receive the items back in their original condition, the security bond will be refunded via bank transfer to the nominated account.
What if I need to cancel my booking? To receive a full refund, you must give 14 full calendar days' notice prior to your event date. You will forfeit your full hire payment if you do not give this notice. However, we can work with you to re-book for another date.
What happens if I lose or damage something? The hirer is responsible for the equipment and will need to protect it from theft or damage at all times. If repairs or replacement are necessary, you will be required to pay market price to replace/repair.
Are you insured? Yes, we are fully insured with public liability up to $10m
Who is liable for any damages? As per our Agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any damages caused during the hire. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
